Rubbed with out secret competition-grade rub and cooked just as we do at competitions. Finished off with a gentile sauce-glaze before going back on a grill.
Yes, that's right, *Bacon Wrapped* ribs. Just like our Pork Spare Ribs, only enhanced by a healthy bacon wrap. To top it off, we add a bacon-based sauce.
Atomic Buffalo Blasts (a.k.a: Jalapeno Poppers). De-seeded Jalapenos stuffed with cream cheese, wrapped in bacon, and smoked to perfection.
Chopped Brisket Sandwich
We treat out brisket just as if we where turning them into a panel of judges. We trim your brisket down, then inject and coat our rubs, and finally smoke them for 10+ hours. We leave the final step up to you with what sauce to top them off with.
Served dry rubbed, smoked and finished on the grill to get a perfect crisp. We then add another touch dry rub - your choice of mild or hot - before serving.
This is not your out-of-the-box Mac-n-cheese. Consisting of 3 cheeses melted down into our own special recipe. If you're also craving some brisket or pork, we'll top it off with a heaping of either.
