ENTREES
Pork Spare Ribs
Rubbed with our secret competition-grade rub and cooked just as we do at competitions. Finished off with a gentile sauce-glaze before going back on a grill.
Pulled Pork
Slow-smoked, flavor injected, rubbed, and cooked to perfection.
Pulled Chicken
Chicken quarters coated in dry rub, smoked and pulled apart served with BBQ sauce on the side
Beef Brisket
We treat out brisket just as if we where turning them into a panel of judges. We trim your brisket down, then inject and coat our rubs, and finally smoke them for 10+ hours.
Smoked Chicken Wings
Served dry rubbed, smoked and finished in the fryer to get a perfect crisp. We then add another touch dry rub - your choice of mild or hot or coated in our house buffalo sauce- before serving.
Sausage, Peppers & Onions
Sweet Italian sausage smoked on our rotisserie smoker and topped with grilled peppers & onions.
